What's the difference between UV printing and a vinyl sticker?
UV printing fuses pigment into the surface using cool UV-LED lamps — it's molecularly bonded, raised to the touch, photographic in detail, and survives carwashes, sun, and solvent. A vinyl sticker is adhesive sitting on top of a surface; in OC sun it tends to peel, fade, or yellow within 6–18 months. We use UV exclusively for outdoor and high-touch products.
Can you really print on a golf ball?
Yes. We hold each ball in a custom jig under the Roland MO-240, then UV-cure full-color artwork — logos, names, photos, foursome icons. They're tournament-legal and survive driver impact and water hazards (we tested). Minimum order: 12 balls.
Do you ship outside Orange County?
We ship anywhere in the US via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. About 40% of our work ships out of state. Local OC clients get free delivery on batches of 24+.
How fast can you turn around a tournament or closing-gift order?
Standard production is 5–7 business days from artwork approval. Rush is 2–3 days for an additional 25%. Tournaments > 100 pieces should book 2 weeks out when possible.
What file format do you need?
Vector (AI, SVG, PDF) is ideal for crisp logos. We can also work from high-res raster files (PNG, TIFF, JPG ≥ 300 dpi at print size). Don't have art? We have an in-house designer who can build it from a brief.
What surfaces can the UV printer handle?
Metal, anodized aluminum, stainless, glass, acrylic, hardwood, leather, carbon fiber, ABS plastic, polycarbonate, ceramic, golf balls, license plate frames, phone cases, signage panels, water bottles, YETIs, and more. If you're not sure, send us a photo and we'll tell you within an hour.
Do you do real-estate closing gifts at scale?
Yes — this is one of our biggest verticals. Brokerages run a "house account" with us: every closing triggers a custom engraved YETI, an address sign, or a photo print of the home, all branded subtly with the agent's mark. It's a closer's dream. Ask about our agent program.
Can I see a proof before you produce?
Always. Every job gets a digital proof showing color, scale, and substrate mock-up. Nothing goes onto a physical product without your approval.
